I needed this part due to my original was split. Fitted great and works well. Note to diy mech's:- If you had restricted performance fault due to an EGR insufficent gas flow you may need a reflash of ECU to clear error and get it out of restricted mode not just a simple obd2 diag reset. I found out the hard and expensive way, no thanks to BMW limited error messages / lack of information.
