Got a much appreciated reduced price. Expected it to be posted the next day. When it was still marked as not posted a couple of days later I made an enquiry and was told they post multiple packages each Friday, so I waited. When it was still not posted on the Friday I tried to contact them but got no reply until the Monday. Alas, it took over a week from then to arrive (13days in all!!). I feel they should post for the customer's convenience rather than for their own. Am I being old fashioned?
