Received side view mirrors for my 2012 Harley Davidson Road King. Unfortunately, one of the treads were damaged and the nut would not thread to a secure position. The mirrors came just as described. The damaged thread was a manufacturing error and had nothing to do with the supplier's description or packaging. The seller provided a full refund in a timely manner. Great customer service.
