    🤞🤞🤞🤞here's hoping

    I've only had them a week but I have high hopes for them. My blood pressure is high and from what I've read,Kyolic Garlic is amazing for this and other bodily systems like blood thinning, arterial health,cholesterol and gut health,to name but a few things. I don't wish to take meds due to myriad side effects but I train regular,meditate and generally look after myself so I'm hedging my hopes on these.

    Hard to tell really if its doing me good but it doesn't taste bad and I don't get garlic breath after it. I started taking it after it being recommended by Dr William Li in his best selling book.

    A lower cholesterol level.

    I began taking garlic tablets after being diagnosed with a higher than normal cholesterol level. Another diagnostic check some months later recorded a lower normal cholesterol level. I intend to continue taking the tablets.
