    Improved my knees in the first week

    I was recently told that I have severe arthritis in both my knees and at the age of 51 was told I was too young for knee replacements. So I have to carry on as I am but on strong pain relief. That was not an option so researched what I could take to help myself. I was sceptical about the previous reviews as much as anyone, but they really did improve my knees by the end of the first week of taking them. I have reduced my pain relief and now only take it if I have had a long day on my feet. It has also improved my back pain. I would recommend this to anyone suffering just give it a try!

    Knee pain gone

    Being a floor and wall tiler, I was getting sharpe aching pains in both my knees. Spending up to 10 hours a day on my knees was starting to get unbearable, until a customer of mine told me about glucosamine. After a little research I brought these from transforme (full strength). That was 3 years ago and now my knees feel great. Don’t expect an overnight miracle, it took around 2 months for me to notice the effects of this vitamin.

    We have been taking Glucosamine for years, but only in the last few years something happened with the quality, the colour of the tablets changed, and somehow the effect became less and less. That's why we decided to change the manufacturer. We are very satisfied with this one. Even the size is better, much easier to swallow.
