I don't get enough sun so do not get enough vitamin D. I bought these as they were high potency with the added advantage of them being small capsules thus quicker absorption. They boost my energy levels and stop my leg Cramps. I like the fact that they boost the immune system too. So all Good and would highly recommend. I'd also recommend you have an empty bottle of D3 so you can tip the contents of the flat pack into the bottle as due to them being tiny capsules its easy to poor more into your hand. When I first opened mine they all rolled over the kitchen counter topI don't get enough sun so do not get enough vitamin D. Great product for addressing vitamin D deficiency. Small, easy to swallow capsules. I have used these - in combination with exercise and with great success - to combat, post transplant, joint and bone pain. These are the Mega Potency version of D3, so if you have a varied diet and get plenty of daylight, please be aware that it may be possible to overdose on vitamin D when supplementing at high levels long term.Great product for addressing vitamin D deficiency.
