Really has worked well on my kitchen tiled floor better than the last stick one I bought very flimsy but this one is strong and the pads are good and thick so do a good job first time I’ve used this brand but would defiantly recommend.couldn’t find identical pads so used universal it comes with one though so universal only slightly bit bigger but worked well .

    amazing steamer,lightweight and throws out alot of steam! I bought it as i have to large dogs and a beautiful pale grey rug and needed something to keep it clean and this didn't disappoint! I also put fabulousa mixed with water as it's a disinfectant,it smells amazing and cleans really good,i've not used the attachments yet but there are loads! highly recommend 5*

    Easy to handle

    It's light and easy to handle around the house, with long cord but the mop itself does not do the proper cleaning, I need to wipe it myself after all.

    Ease of use

    Lightweight and easy to use, did a wonderful job on my hard flooring in the kitchen where my dog had walked in from the wet garden leaving dried muddy footprints. I have yet to test it on soft fabrics but look forward to the results.

    Best steam cleaner used

    I have had various different makes of steam cleaners over the years and this is the best I've used yet. It's extremely lightweight and can be used under tables etc easily. There is a lot of power in the steam and the end result is amazing. Brilliant price for an extraordinary product.
