Whats to say? it looks good it makes nice coffee, One thing is different over the years, I hava had quite a few coffee makers. (they all seem to die after about 12 months) but this is the first one that makes it and keeps it hot enough to make a pleasant coffee, With Mostv add milk and YUK! lukewarm and needs reheating in the microwave. Not this one, you gt a properly hot coffee. Marvellous.. I do however have one tiny niggle, the picture in the advert is not of this coffee maker its a Delonghi but its not this oee
