I have had 3 sets of 2 of these so far and on every protector after a couple of weeks the top part separates and comes away from the underneath. They were great to start with but I think the friction of moving about in your sleep causes this separation, the top is like a very thin plastic material and it just tears when I change the pillows. Sad as without this happening they would be wonderful

Very good are just as described and comfortable in use. This is my 3rd order of the same item. You need to be careful when changing the outer pillow case as the main fabric is quite thin and it it easily ripped by your nails if you don't take care - if it were a little more robust I would have awarded the extra star. But given the price and the comfort these represent good value.
