A care of cast iron information sheet would get it the last star. Cast iron needs to be seasened for maximum satisfaction. but its a good size, and after seasoning its perfect. Seasoning is very simple just a coating of veg oil after each use for a few times . Old timers will know this as we grew up with cast iron, but not the younger generations.
