I bought one each for both of my teenage sons age 17 and 18. They say it is good for trimming beard and shaving. Doesn't seem to leave a rash on the skin. Quick and easy to use. Attachments easy to fit/ remove. I think it is very expensive at the full price but got them for less than half price on offer.

At £29.50 when purchased on 05/06/2017, this item (S720/21 w/ 2 attachments) was intended as a cheaper alternative to the various, and generally more expensive, shavers/trimmers on the market which seem to have similar features. The adjustable trimmer attachment is fantastic and fit for purpose, as is the general build quality and portability etc. The shaving attachment, however, is not! I have reasonably coarse bristle hair and have to reshave areas several times and rarely achieve a close shave (using shaving gel/foam which achieves great shaves with standard, manual razors). This could partly be due to the attachment's design; the dual-head leaves a reasonably significant area where blades are not utilised (see photo), even with regular 'circling' as directed in the instructions. Above all though, blood is currently trickling down my right cheek! The microfoil broke during use (see photo) and ripped into my skin (no photo but use your imagination...the missing section was as sharp as intended!). Potentially, this attachment was faulty but highlights the infuriation of being unable to readily purchase 'smart click' shaver attachments without the entire unit.
