The item exactly as described. Arrived very quickly. Very good price too. Packaging should be improved. The box was ripped and the basket inside wasn't protected at all. Also customer service needs improving. They advised the basket was not available even after sending the photo of my dishwasher model.

Seller brilliant, goods as described and at a fair price and packaged well, thankfully. +++ However the delivery agent EVRI is a different matter they decided to just leave it outside in the rain and didn’t even knock or ring the door bell, I didn’t even know it was there until I got an email from seller which said it was delivered with photo of it sitting outside in rain by my front door. Poor show from EVRI even the Royal Mail rang doorbell/knocked earlier and delivered to me with no problems
