Well made machine which looks as if it will stand up to some serious domestic usage. Tha case is plastic but looks substantial and it makes the saw lighter and easier to handle. The motor is made by Hyundai and sounds and behaves like a pro with enough power to handle large trees and a mountain of log cutting. I have a small piece of woodland to clear-fell and I am confident that I now have a tool that can do it! One tiny complaint: operating instruction 4.3 in the (otherwise excellent) manual should read as instruction 6.11. With a spare chain, tool kit, chain bar cover and a waterproof cover for transport and storage included in the package it's a bargain. There are also online instruction videos explaining assembly and usage and support from Hyundai. First rate!

This is a cheap chainsaw at a fraction of the price of premium brands. A bought two Chinese made petrol chainsaws ten years ago and they have lasted well, but now need replacing. I was a little disappointed that this one is of a much lighter construction with a smaller sized chain. The saw starts very easily but almost immediately needed the carb re-tuning as it raced on start up. This process is a bit fiddly and I recommend watching the (British) video on You Tube before you touch your machine. This machine is fine for logging smaller diameter timber, but the chains supplied need sharpening far too regularly for use on timber up to the maximum capacity of the machine - I have just ordered a pack of three new chains, hopefully of a higher quality steel. The chain adjustment works fine - but make sure the clamp bolts are slackened before turning the tensioning screw or damage may result. Chain lubrication works fine. To sum up, this saw works fine on smaller diameter wood, but quality of chains supplied is questionable. Therefore my positive ratings above are qualified by my comments in this review.Read full review

I am writing this review as someone who has used Jonserred , Husky and Sthil kit all my working life.... So the build quality is not quite up there with the top brands but nor is the price ! Minor niggles, the clutch cover casing is badly moulded, not quite true and fiddly to remove/replace. Saw needs a bit of tweaking on the H and L screws,,takes ages to warm before it stalls, supplied screwdriver does not fit so will need to take cover off and investigate. If you are old school like me and used to the oil tank being 3 times capacity of fuel tank, think again with this one, small capacity oil tank ! Plus side, tons of poke, easy to use ergonomic design with some neat features . A lot of saw for the money, overall very pleased with this one ! Plus sides.... Tons of poke, easy to use ergonomic designRead full review

Quite powerful, relatively lightweight for the engine size and easy starting. Struggling to know why the two-stroke mix is 25:1, most modern saws are 50:1. The last time I used 25:1 mix was in my Villiers 250cc twin motorcycle in the late 60's.

I purchased the exact chainsaw a year ago....it was stolen. I was so pleased with the saw and the company I dealt with I immediately ordered the same saw from them. To me, a very efficient company. The chainsaw ? Stunning. It does all that you could ask of it and possibly the easiest saw around to start. I am amazed that a saw of such a reasonable price could be as good as it is. I could ramble on for ages but I think I have made it clear I rate it as a cracking machine. I forgot to say, the full title of the machine is : Petrol Chainsaw Easy Start 20" powered by HYUNDAI
