Bought new, open box shaver. Item arrives scratched, wet and containing dark hair clippings - clearly used, return requested. Provided evidence showing screenshot of photos taken 3 minutes after reciept of item of condition with timestamps. Sent screenshot of replacement shaver I ended up buying from Boots with next day delivery date. Even sent picture of my uncut ginger beard - still, I get called the liar! Gave benefit of doubt to begin with, but clearly dishonest practice selling used items.

Item was sold as "new other" stated box was open/damaged. Shaver its self was new and unused, it was fully inspected like i do with all my items. Buyer claimed he recieved a used shaver with obvious signs of use which would have been picked up by myself. I questioned the buyer on this due to people swapping new items with used items and was given abuse. Ebay sided with the buyer and gave a full refund. Please dont let this put you off buying from me, i will always try my best to please buyers.
