Really good communication and customer service. Which is what you want if problems. Sound bar is great. Original one was missing cables and would not connect blue tooth to new jvc smart tv. They sent a replacement same day, and this one was better and with cables. Works well. Still would not blue tooth connect for some reason, even though our iphones and android pad connected to it straight away. So using the cables and it sounds miles better than tv speakers, especially for music.

I bought a soundbar for my PC of these guys a few years ago and never had a problem, decided i wanted to upgrade, it really was a no brainer to go back to thorness, what a great soundbar great sound quality and easy set up either wired or through bluetooth, put this together with swift and fantastic service makes my happy to use them again.
