    Good stuff but a bit thin for knife making.

    Firstly I should say that these scales are good quality and this material does make very good handles. I should have read the description though as they are only 1/8" thick which is too thin for most 'work' knives where you really need to start with 1/4" scales. I shall probably use these but with some thick liner material on the inside.
