I looked at reviews and was undecided whether to buy 1 or not. Well I'm glad I did cos its perfect for a "personal space cooler" exactly like it says. I have a fan in my room and it works well but just fancied something different. I see people say the chillmax doesn't cool a room but its not for that its a personal cooler. I dont mind the noise when going to sleep as it drowns out other noises and is relaxing and prefer to be cool than hot when sleeping. I recommend them but not experienced any filter issues yet but I'm sure it will be fine as it will get plenty of use. I also have a chillmax pillow inside my pillow case. Love them both 👍

It is very noisy and does not cool the air at all, other companies make the same product and it retails at 25% of the cost of this fan. It is not worth 4 X times the cost of its competitors, that don't work either.
