Received a similar fan to one ordered, but received different make too the one advertised ! They advertised make Livivo for sale, I already have one of this make and is far more sturdy and better all round than the cheaper not so well made fan they sent me !! Have kept it though due to this hot weather we are having and the hassle of returning it. Just making a point “ send what you advertise or contact buyer.

I received the item early than stated, when I removed it from the plastic covering I seen the box all damaged, which isn't the sellers fault, when it come to use it to make a frappe I noticed these black pieces shooting in the jug, obviously there was a fault, I got in touch with the seller who was extremely helpful and supportive in getting a replacement sent out asap, constant communication from the seller, I probably will buy from this seller again.

A great item and a great price. There was a small part of the black bottom smashed but didn't affect use as it was for home use. Seller contacted to check everything was okay, explained the damage and seller provided a partial refund. I'd suggest improving postal packaging but very responsive and customer focused seller
