The FOIS is a beautiful tribute to the pre moon Speedmaster worn in space before there was even a trial for watches to be used by astronauts. The usual Soeedmaster Pro is on a bracelet so having this on a leather strap is a nice contrast. That said you can still fit a bracelet to the FOIS. I picked up both a nice dark brown croc strap and a steel bracelet to switch the look of the watch. The 19mm lug width is a limitation on strap choice but there are still options out there.

Beautiful watch and wears well at 40mm compared with the 42mm Moonwatch. A real statement on the leather strap but I wear it on an Omega Spectre NATO as an alternative.
