Great gear oil for classic cars
Great gear oil for classics. I have been a castrol fan for longer that I care to admit and they have always been great performers. Lesser products can lead to expensive repairs, I know to my cost. Stick to what your car manufacturer recommends (most likely to include castrol products) and drive your classic car happy.

Contents good, container disappointing
A trusted and quality oil and the retro tin looks smart but the pull up spout is shorter than the plastic bottle and difficult to dispense. the painted straight edged tin gets hard to hold when inevitably gets a smear of oil over it in use

Damaged item
Tin was severely damaged and supplier would not replace it, so had to store it in a fizzy drinks bottle which now gets light on it. Which degrades the oil over time.. as it is stored for long term future use...

Where is my Castrol ?
If it had ever arrived in spite of repeated requests I could have reviewed this oil . I'm sure that Castrol is excellent , but this supplier couldn't be bothered to send it to me
