The refund for the 9 piece BSW deep socket set (not delivered) was fast. However !! He said there was a problem with delivery and it was the last one. So he couldn't send another. I had to contact the seller he did not contact me about it. The item didn't get taken off eBay after. Further to that I went looking for another and found one on another reseller site. Call me a cynic this seems very iffy to me. Perhaps the seller will now remove all items not in stock.

    Only used them once, but they did the job.

    Used them to remove a stubborn set of plug leads without problem, after those cheap yellow plastic ones failed dismally. There are cheaper steel ones out there, but these felt sturdy enough that they should be useful for at least a few more years.

    I have not yet had a chance to use this, but it looks well made, and it should do the job it is designed for. I expect it to be a great help in removing a set of new, and very tight, plug leads.
