    Good value but very tight fit

    On the one hand you don't want a connector that comes undone when you drive over the slightest bump but the one I bought was so tight I really struggled to make a good connection. Once in place though it has stayed in place and it does the job it was designed to do. The extra length of the connecting cable does mean that unless secured the cable might ground but apart from that I am pleased with my purchase.

    Wrongly wired

    Arrived ok but when I went to pick up my new Caravan the lights didn't work I know the car sockets where ok as my previous Caravan and trailer worked ok After checking the wiring diagram supplied with the adaptor I found the 7 pin N12 plug was wrongly wired the pins were 1out so the adaptor would never have worked I presume the adaptor was not tested otherwise this would have been shown up.

    Easy conversion adapter works well.

    If changing your caravan up to a newer model that has the new 13 pin plug it's so easy to convert your 7 plus 7 pins with this inexpensive adapter instead of getting a costly rewireing job, does it for Me and all works well.

    Maypole 7-13 pin adapter

    This is my 2nd one of these now, the first being a cheaper version that always had problems with poor connection. This maypole one seems to be of better quality and build, the sockets seem stronger and the cable a little heavier only time will tell but first impressions seem good.

    Extremely good quality & Value

    Very well made. Previously told that a wiring conversion was required and adaptors were unreliable but this one is high quality and has worked well and is a fraction of the cost of a conversion. Very pleased.
