Das Bild kam beschädigt an. Wie kann man auch ein Glasbild zwischen zwei Pappen versenden, ohne die Ecken des Bildes zu schützen. Außerdem hatte ich Plexiglas und nicht Glas bestellt. Habe dem Verkäufer mehrere Bilder des Schadens geschickt, aber er stellt sich bockig und kann keinen Schaden auf den Bildern erkennen. Das ist doch außerordentlich kundenfreundlich, oder?
Dieser Verkäufer ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Verpackt die Ware sehr unprofessionell und ist absolut uneinsichtig .

Es tut mir sehr leid. Leider hat der Kunde sehr unscharfe Fotos geschickt, die das Produkt nicht zeigen. Nach der Aufforderung, klare Bilder zu schicken, hat der Kunde einen Streitfall eingeleitet. eBay hat keine Unregelmäßigkeit unsererseits festgestellt.
