For me this is one of the best star wars sets Lego have released. It is a great build and also very playable but also looks great on display.

Having a small boy has allowed my wife and I to relive our Lego years and our Star Wars years. This caps our collection. It's a huge effort for the three of us to build and a lot of fun to play around with when finished. Easily the biggest kit we've ever had, it provides a nice set to play with in its own right and becomes a cool backdrop for our other Lego Star Wars kits. The set and gives us all the right characters to move around and act out parts of the story. It's proving to be a lot of fun.
