Well packaged and easy to assemble. I set up to use with 26 inch wheels mountain bike with a Tacx trainer tyre and originally attached the resistance roller unit in the incorrect position. Didn't realise until I couldn't set the roller to touch the tyre. 5 minutes to fix. Tacx connects quickly and easily via Bluetooth to Tacx software and other training software to let you train. Using with Trainer Road at the moment and really enjoying it. It's not too noisy - I'm using it on a concrete floor in a garage. If you are looking for a low cost turbo trainer I would recommend this one

Tacx is a well recognized trade name that produces high quality products and this indoor turbo trainer is no exception. Robustly built it uses a powerful electro magnet to create resistance and can be controlled from your i-Phone or computer using the Tacx application. One step better is linking your computer to software such as Zwift which offers a great selection of rides and training programs to keep you fit and in tip-top condition through the winter months when the weather is poor. I currently use Zwift and the software automatically controls the level of resistance such that realistic gear changes are required. All in all this is a great piece of equipment which I have already recommended to fellow cyclists. The price is great for the quality of the product. It's easily set up and folds away so it can be stored in a small space.Read full review

This is the cheapest Intelligent trainer I could find, for use on Zwift, sufferfest etc. It's a wheel on trainer, so I have a spare rear wheel with an indoor tyre, and just swap tyres. It's also not very hungry int terms of power (60W), so I can run it in my garage (which has light but not power) from an inverter and a 12V Deep Cycle battery for a good few hours.. For the money it is great, and it is helpful to have a power meter to compare the stated watts. It should always be a bit below what a pedal or crank meter says, as there are inefficiencies in any power train, but it's fine for what I want. In due course, when I've raised my FTP by 100% or so, I might want something better, both in terms of climb steepness and road feel. But for now I can train indoors when it's wet, windy and cold,, and have good repeatable conditions for major performance tests. Seems to work better with ANT+ than with Bluetooth, but that may be my imagination..Read full review

This is an excellent smart trainer. I had to buy a thru axle for my disc brake bike but once that was sorted it was really easy to set up and calibrate. It's much cheaper than almost any other smart trainer, and the only area I can see it being significantly worse is when sprinting hard and sometimes the wheel slips a bit - but that's rare. You do need to calibrate it regularly but for the price it's an excellent trainer and perfect to get into Zwift etc.

This is a great product but not easy to set up and calibrate. Once set up though it works really well with the Zwift app and I would recommend for winter training when u are on a budget
