I got next day delivery as postage, the tracking number was helpful as gave me a bit of an idea when they would come, but didn’t get any emails as tuffnells advertised, if they send to seller perhaps they could forward them. Bed is well made and quite easy to put together. The frame won’t go down without the mattress, it doesn’t state this is the instructions but otherwise happy.
