    Too lightweight to be of any use.

    At this price, I wasn't expecting great quality, but the truth of the matter is that if I put a lamp at any height on them, it is likely to fall over because they are so light-weight and the spread of the legs so narrow. Definitely need a sandbag to complement this purchase. I got what I paid for, so mustn't crumble. My only regret is that I bought three of them!

    You get what you pay for

    The price of these seems too good to be true, and that’s because it is, don’t get me wrong they extend easily but are far too light to be of any practical use whatsoever with a studio flash head, as they will tip over. If your using a speed light they would be okay. The clamps are plastic and won’t last very long. I personally wouldn’t buy these again, but I say that every time. You get exactly what you pay for.

    Good for the Price

    Good for supporting a backdrop (which was my application). Would think twice about using it to support a softbox or a light. However at the price paid I have no complaints.

    Value for the money

    Nice product & value for the money if you're going to have something simple & use it for small flash lights in-house. Needs an adapter to in order to connect it to the flash. Would be great if it comes with that.
