Poor comms from seller and missed completion dates. Always chasing progress of van, in the end had to refund. On a positive note refund of deposit processed quickly

The camper was 7 days overdue it was ready for last Thursday as agreed the new date, but you decided you wanted a refund 2 days before collection which we processed immediately I must add the holding deposit was for £1,000 I don't feel that this negative feedback is justified you were in Scotland and we were in South Wales and you felt it was a long way away to purchase the camper.Subsequently the camper has been sold over the weekend and the new owner is delighted with his new camper!!
