Lusso_campers are a great company. We ordered a porta potty seat box, when it arrived we had been sent the wrong size. We had the correct size delivered within 5 days including a weekend. Any company can be good when things are going fine but what makes a good company is one that has good customer care skills when things go wrong and Lusso proved to have these.
