    Researched for my needs, was sceptical at first but after only two days my sleeping improved feeling rested, dreams are freaky but fun, energy levels have increased, sports injury pains decreasing, looking forward to seeing the other benefits as well as soon as I'm sports fit again lol.     Good product but ruins your sleep

    Been using this product for over a week now and it definitely has improved my strength and makes me recover quicker after workouts but I now only get a couple of hours sleep which before taking this product I would sleep through the night

    this company and there products are the best in the weight training seen the supplements are top quality and they work take it from me ive tried a lot of companies and this is the best by far i bought there zma supplement to help with testosterone and recovery since taking them my sleep has been brilliant and in the past three weeks i have put on six pound of pure muscle so i suggest to anyone try the fmax5 supplements and you will not go anywhere else

    Fantastic Product that really works.

    I have used many different zma' s over the past 15 years and recently tried these. These work fantastically! Better than their much more expensive counterparts. I have never slept so well and my testosterone levels are up. I have so much more aggression and focus in the gym. I would definitely recommend these and they will be the only brand I use from now on.

    Having tried many ZMA's , some cheaper & some more expensive these are the best value for money ZMA's i have ever had. Will certainly be making this my regular ZMA. Easy to take.
