Pros: Works well with very adjustable speed controls. Simple to set up and operate and has 3 built in programs (which I don't bother with). It's well built and strong with a powerful motor and it doers give you a good workout. Cons: The bar is too far forward so you need to stoop to use it. You could just walk with your hands swinging at your sides, but the big con is that the belt is extremely narrow and until you get used to it your foot catches the edge of the equipment and it suddenly stops. Even when you get used to it, you will find you're walking as though you are on a cat walk - one foot directly in front of the other. Overall: It does the job and it's a good price despite it's awkward idiosyncrasies. Ideal for starting out with.

easy to set up and easy to use, Hand hold would be better if it was adjustable but no big problem, Good read out of varied info about your work out. Take up little room so easy to store. Easy to fold and unfold and movable on its wheels. Good purchase Good supplier

Generally pleased with the product, its a cheap treadmill and that does reflect in the build quality and its to early to tell how long it will last.I would have given it 5 stars but the distance on the computer hasn't worked since we bought it and due to getting shot of the packaging and overall hassle of sending stuff back, just going to work out the distance from time and speed manually.
