There was a misunderstanding at the very start due to ebay itself, they acted quickly and very generously upgraded the tablet at no cost, but the postal packaging was bad, in a too big box that came beaten at the corners with a few big bubbles that deflated in transit but, it came as quickly as promised after the chat & the upgrade was very generous. MOST IMPORTANTLY it was safe, works and was in as listed condition. Bad packaging, everything else excellent, would still buy again!

    The product is not as described as it has some charging issues and sometimes it just goes off when connected to a charger and the battery life drainers so fast, also it seems like they changed some parts with some cheap ones as the screen starts to show sign of yellowness in the places I use the most...
