I dropped my previous phone that I am still paying for and unfortunately not insured, so I was looking for another phone say this one with 12 month warrenty as was being sold by argos gave me a bit more confidence to buy it. I am not brill with technology but this was fairly easy to set up didn't come with instructions so had to google, but yes I am pleased with phone so far.
