I'm not going to wait seven days before giving neutral feedback, so I'll just say that the rattan five piece furniture set is 'OK', but that's about it. I am an 'advanced diy-er'; if YOU'RE not, don't purchase this furniture. Several of the threaded inserts had been welded in a non-vertical plane, and it was impossible to fit the bolts without them going cross threaded, ruining several. I eventually managed it with the help of taps and dies, but it wasn't remotely straightforward. ��☹

The bed arrived on time and was well packaged. It is as described in the details but when moving the 2 haves of the base they felt a bit wobbly … a problem that was resolved once they were joined together. The courier was an absolute diamond as I’d paid someone to dismantle my old bed ( old 20’s metal frame ) and although a price was agreed on the phone he refused to take the frame outside unless I paid him extra, so the courier did this for me as I am disabled. 🙏🏼 Mr Singh thank you so much.

The delivery was delayed due to courier issues which meant I spent all day waiting in. The seller swiftly organised an alternative date where it was delivered on time and assembled with the packaging taken away. I’m blown away by the value for money, ok, the mattress could be a higher spec but with a topper on it is very comfortable as it’s also a guest bed.
The seller is genuine and customer service oriented. There is a small damage to the material on one corner but I can live that.
