Ordered two reclining garden chairs, I found the self assembly very straightforward even with the reclining function. Unfortunately one of the chairs was incorrectly packed with a fixed arm not a reclining style arm. I contacted the seller on a Saturday and received deliver of the correct part on the Wednesday. You cannot get better than this. Communication was easy and prompt. I would definitely recommend this eBay retailer 5 stars, keep up the good work ��
