Wheel was acid dipped..checked for defects and then powder coated..not painted..I'm sorry it was not up to your expectations..but there was the opportunity to contact me to discuss..a refund or replacement could have been possible...check my other feedback..I've never had a negative..so disappointed you chose this route with out any contact
