I purchased a set of equipment for £740 from my_own_shop2060 on October 2nd 2023. This duly arrived and was found to be faulty. Weeks later I was told to return the equipment which I did and have proof he received this. Now he refuses to either send me equipment that works or refund my money. The same equipment is still available for sale on eBay as of 22/11/2034 item number:126121500714. This man has effectively defrauded me of £740. He refuses to answer my communications. Do not ever buy.

This buyer had shorted the equipment, was out of time for return however I asked him to return I sent this off for repair and the buyer demanded it sorting straight away I was going as fast as I could and explained to him the situation and still he was abusive swearing and threatening, I’m not here to upset anyone if I can help I will but this buyer couldn’t be helped I would never deal with him again
