A faulty unit was sent and wrongly labelled in working order. A recognised garage found that the mechanism was not wound round the spool. They had to dismantle the unit at a cost of £80 to rectify the problem. I described the issue together with providing a copy of the garages analysis. The seller was abusive, called me a liar and refused any compensation for the faulty unit. Very untrustworthy and unprofessional.
