Parcel was lost in the post but seller sent another one straight away ended up receiving both control heaters that where sent out - was a Royal Mail issue NOT sellers so sending one back to the seller , communication was very good quick responses and resolved issues quickly. Friendly. Polite and helpful. Would recommend seller and would buy items again off this seller just shame about the delivery with Royal Mail other than that 5 stars .
