Was told to send reg even though I did my reaserch and knew they'd fit was told i had to have a refund as they thought they wouldnt fit my car, I knew they'd fit as my mate orderd the exact same product for same car as mine except different year and we fitted them to mine without issues, avoid this seller unless you want false education when it comes to crossover years for fitment, very rude seller and highly uneducated

I check every part prior to shipping to ensure correct fitment , this is good honest standard practise and avoids issues when trying to fit the part to a vehicle. The customer was advised that these shock absorbers were not suitable due to model and year of vehicle. If offering the correct information is rude than i really am at a loss. There is so much information on the listing that its impossible to miss. Ebay how can we stop this kind of feedback ?
