This item was described as new but when it arrived it was scratched and dented but the polyethylene package was undamaged. When I informed the seller and requested replacement or partial refund. His response was "they are all like that so I will just arrange pickup and give you a refund". Unfortunately I did not have the time to look for an alternative and wait for it to ship. A partial refund would have been better than the blas'e approach of the seller. He has made attempt to modify the post!
