I have notified the seller of my disappointment of not receiving my item 3 times all he or she did was sending me the tracking number when I look at the tracking information it is still on the way it's been 3 weeks after the scheduled date and I have no joy.It's my first time I have been using EBAY and I am totally disappointed please advise me on what to do next

Postage was to Africa. Tracking Number given and part has been delivered. Never going to be a fast delivery to Africa from the UK! I don't appreciate the bad feedback as i replied to every message you sent!
