Listed item with a date range of 2014-22. Our car is a 2018. Item arrived but did not fit. Asked to return as this date range was wrong, but seller was not happy about it and claimed returns not accepted. I said that it needed to be returned as the year of car in the listing was incorrect. He reluctantly agreed, however then charged me £20 for taking it back and putting it into a new box. Claimed that £20 covered the cost of labour and a new box.

Listing correct for date range of 2014-22 and still is. The reason the parcel shelf did not fit your vehicle is because there are 4 different shelves within this date range which is why the part number is supplied so you are able to verify if it is applicable for your vehicle. You failed to do this and would not accept you made a mistake. £20 was charged to cover labour and a new box but this was refunded to you after you blackmailed me under the pretence you would remove the Negative feedback.
