    Excellent for upgrading your audio components

    The mat is not to hard to cut with an Olfa knife or big scissors. Wery sticky, but cannot be streched or modeled a lot because of aluminium foil on the surface. Excellent for deading vibrations of panels, surfaces and parts in audio equipment (housing, enclosures) espevialy turntables and loudspeakers. Benzine disolve it, beware & exploit that feature for cleaning/removing from contaminated parts.

    Little bit of a let down

    First of all its not 5mm its 3mm max thickness, the width is about right, length is a little shorter and the back is not overly sticky, so don’t put it anywhere warm. Sound deadening is okay. Its cheap and thats reflected in the quality.
