Even tho it was a 24-36 hour delivery, it turned out the part was going to the wrong address. I called up the office and they did what they could to get it redirected to the correct address.

I had previously attempted to buy the part from other sellers., and both had to be returned faulty. Abbey sent the part better and more appropriately packaged in a box in comparison with the other sellers that had simply wrapped in cardboard and bubblewrap allowing the part vulnerable to damage in transport. Excellent communication. FeEx courier a nightmare onmitting vital delivery sticker carrying tracking details that would have allowed changing the delivery date.
