Extremely disappointed to have received a broken part that simply doesn’t work. When I contacted the seller, I was told that it was missed by their staff and they can offer that a 5€ refund (which completely useless as there is no point to keep it). Otherwise, I can buy an newer alternative from them for double the price. I was disappointed by the whole experience overall so I requested to return the item and part ways with the poor service.

Here one of 4 brackets in a used part had broken off, the part could work 100% even with 3 brackets. The part is worth 24 euros, a 20% refund offer is far too much, but not enough for this customer... We also have the new part on offer, but it costs more.
