Extremely disappointed to have received a broken part that simply doesn’t work. When I contacted the seller, I was told that it was missed by their staff and they can offer that a 5€ refund (which completely useless as there is no point to keep it). Otherwise, I can buy an newer alternative from them for double the price. I was disappointed by the whole experience overall so I requested to return the item and part ways with the poor service.

Here one of 4 brackets in a used part had broken off, the part could work 100% even with 3 brackets. The part is worth 24 euros, a 20% refund offer is far too much, but not enough for this customer... We also have the new part on offer, but it costs more.

    great for the purist but expensive for its features.

    Easy to fit yourself, brings the car up to date with regards maps and phone compatibility but why no iPod integration or rear USB socket? In retrospect I should have fitted a branded after market head for half the cost.
