Plastic cheap product that doesn’t fit properly, messaged them asking to return as it doesn’t fit properly, told it can only be returned if in original packaging, obviously had to open it to realise it was cheap and didn’t fit. After sending chassis number as asked and waiting 4 days, told to send back but only if unused and in original packaging, just gone round in a big circle. Waste of time and money. Very poor customer service.

Item arrived as described , unfortunately the postal service lied and said they tried to deliver item but I have ring doorbell and cctv and they did not even try my door when I was in, meaning I had to reschedule delivery and by the time it arrived I got a replacement direct from bmw so this was returned in sealed packaging for full refund
