Not only have I waited days for my order to be dispatched. But also the realisation of the mediocre packaging. The whole thing was secured with a piece of tape in an envelope. I also have suspicions that the cards aren't real. The feel of the cards don't feel authentic what's so ever due to the brittle texture, Just not worth the £11

Hello, I apologies for the delay in the items arriving with yourself. I did post via EVri and unfortunatly there was delay this week due to a fire in there sorting office which was out of my control. I thank you for your feedback in regards to the packaging and I will ensure that going forward this is improved upon. I do pride myself in using recycled packaging to stay environmentally beneficial. Your concerns regarding these cards not being genuine I can assure you that these are genuine.
