Great communication.BMS responded to every of my questions, quickly and efficiently. Great job repairing the FRM the very day they received it. I highly recommande them. One note for international buyer like me, the return is done with Ebay Global Shipping which does not seem to be efficient (12 days to return against 2 with ups). So plan ahead! Or maybe contact them for another expedition technique.
